Rates and Accommodations
Vacation/Overnight Use
Check-in time is from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. on arrival and check-out time is no later than 11:00 a.m. on departure. Late departure on final day may be negotiated if no conflicts exist. There is a minimum rental of two nights if your stay includes a Friday or Saturday. There is a $285.00 nonrefundable cleaning fee and a refundable damage and/or additional cleaning deposit of $300.00. Pets are welcome if pre-approved with a refundable $100.00 damage deposit per pet with a two-pet maximum. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds and owners must keep pets under control and clean up after them at all times. Campers and RV guests will be charged $37.50 per person per night regardless of age. All final totals are subject to sales tax.
The lodge has 9 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 21 people in beds. We have 11 twin beds, 3 bunk beds and 2 queen-sized beds. In addition, there are futons, couches, cots and air mattresses available for additional people with sheets, blankets and pillows provided.

Weddings And Event Use (Treehouse Included)
Frog Creek Lodge is the ideal location for your rehearsal dinner, ceremony and reception and is able to sleep up to 21 people in beds. Additional guests may use the futons, couches, cots and air mattresses. There is a $285.00 nonrefundable cleaning fee and a refundable damage and/or extra cleaning deposit of $300.00. Because of the festive nature of weddings and special events, the treehouse is included in all wedding and event package rentals and cannot be canceled.
Upon request, we have a list of local caterers and party suppliers available in the community who can work with you to create the perfect menu and atmosphere for your event or you can hire your own caterers or prepare your own meals in our large, well-outfitted kitchen.

All Wedding and Event Package rates shown above include overnight accommodations for a minimum of 10 guests in the lodge and two guests in the treehouse. Treehouse is included in wedding and event packages and cannot be deducted from rental. Additional overnight lodge guests are at a rate of $75.00 per person per night and half price per child aged 10 and under per night. All final totals are subject to sales tax.

8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. or evening use 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., Tuesdays through Thursdays only. All final totals subject to sales tax.

Treehouse Use
The treehouse rate is $240 per night for single- or double-occupancy when rented by itself, with a $50 nonrefundable cleaning fee. An additional guest can be added at $50 per night regardless of age. Pets are not allowed. Children need to be supervised at all times. All final totals are subject to sales tax.
Guidelines & Special Pricing
*Partying:
Frog Creek is a wonderful place for your events and activities but, out of respect for the property, other guests and neighbors, we ask that people just looking for a place to drink excessively and throw loud parties go rent someplace else. All guests are expected to cut off outside noise after 10:00 p.m. We will not tolerate belligerent, unruly or overly intoxicated guests and you will be asked to leave.
*Cancellation policy:
If lodge cancellation is received 91 days or more prior to your reservation date, your deposit will be refunded less a $300 processing fee. If cancellation is received 90 days or less prior to your reservation. Date, your deposit will not be refunded but you can reschedule an alternative date if it is available. If the treehouse is rented in conjunction with the lodge, lodge cancellation policy is in effect.
*Special Pricing:
Frog Creek offers special pricing. If you want to book three nights, you get a fourth night at no charge. If taking advantage of the fourth night at no charge, your total will be based on the highest amount of guests for all three nights. Children 10 and under are half price per night, children 11 and older are charged at the adult rate per night if staying in the lodge. If included in lodge rental, treehouse cannot be canceled separately. All pricings are subject to sales tax.
